Description

Join MBC for an insider’s update on the P3 redevelopment project at Roxbury. An innovative partnership driven by Thomas O’Brien of The HYM Investment Group and the Reverend Jeffrey Brown of My City at Peace will maximize the potential of P3 while serving the desires of the Roxbury community. Beautifully designed new spaces to live, work, and play.

P3 Roxbury will create:

  • 1,600 construction jobs paying +$336,400,000 
  • 144 affordable homeownership units and 164 affordable rental units
  • 2,710 permanent, good-paying jobs for Roxbury
